Lockaway Storage, which operates 54 self-storage properties in California and Texas, has purchased Storage Solutions in Boerne, Texas. The facility at 108 TX-46 is 30 miles northwest of San Antonio. Built in 2009, it sits on nearly 8 acres and comprises 67,500 net rentable square feet of storage space in 465 units.
Bill Bellomy, John Arnold and Michael Johnson of Bellomy & Co. represented the buyer and the seller in the off-market transaction.
Lockaway Storage operates 19 properties in California and 35 in Texas. Property amenities include moving and packing supplies, online billpay, and electronic recycling at its StaxUP Storage locations.
With offices in Austin, Houston and Lubbock, Texas, Bellomy & Co. focuses on the sale of self-storage, industrial, office and retail properties nationwide.
