Brunwick Development Group LLC, an Arkansas limited-liability company led by Carl Baumeister, purchased Air-Tight Self Storage in Springdale, Ark., for $2.3 million. The seller was Haizen Investments LLC, a limited-liability company based in North Pocola, Okla.
