Anytime Storage has opened a new self-storage facility in Clarksville, Ind. The nearly 4-acre property at 1012 Applegate Lane contains 348 climate-controlled and drive-up storage units. Facility features include 24-hour access, keypad entry and a rental kiosk.
The development is part of the company’s continuing effort to provide storage space for the rapidly expanding Clark County, Ind., market and was built to accommodate the booming community just outside of Louisville, Ky., according to a press release. The completion of two new Ohio River bridges connecting Indiana and Kentucky has driven new businesses and residents to the area. The facility is near the borders of Clarksville, Jeffersonville and New Albany, Ind.
Founded in 2010, Anytime Storage has developed and operated four storage facilities in South Indiana. It currently owns only the Clarksville location.
