Progressive Investment Co. LLC (PIC), a real estate development firm that operates self-storage facilities under the Access Storage Now brand, intends to add two new facilities to its portfolio in the coming months and expand three existing locations, according to the source. New locations will be in Brandenburg, Ky., and Ireland, Ind.

The company announced the unmanned Ireland project last year. New details include perimeter fencing as well as covered and enclosed boat/RV storage with optional electrical hook-ups. Future plans for the site include traditional and climate-controlled units, the source reported.
Expansion projects include facilities in Corydon, Dale and Newburgh, Ind. Acquired in 2012, the Dale property will expand its offering of boat/RV and traditional storage as well as improve driving maneuverability on site, according to the source.
PIC is a development and leasing company. It owns and manages a variety of properties including commercial office buildings, manufacturing facilities, short-term storage and warehouse/distribution centers, according to its website.
Based in Ferdinand, Ind., and founded more than 25 years ago, Access Storage Now operates nine Indiana facilities.
