Self-storage operator AAA Storage has opened a new facility in Dessau, a suburb about 11 miles northeast of Austin, Texas. The property was opened to meet the area’s growing demand, according to a company press release.
Under construction for more than a year, the property at 13601 Dessau Road comprises 60,000 square feet of storage space in more than 440 ground-floor units as well as outdoor vehicle parking. It features controlled access and perimeter fencing.
“With our new facility, we continue our tradition of delivering the best storage units in Austin residents can expect. We're proud to further our efforts to provide quality and service unmatched in our industry, and look forward to better accommodating customers in our region,” said spokesperson Dal Anderson.
AAA Storage operates facilities in Florida, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Texas. Facility features include drive-up and climate-controlled units, vehicle parking, and postal services at select locations.
