Self Storage Solutions of Raleigh, NC, Helps Formerly Homeless Tenant

Self Storage Solutions in Raleigh, N.C., recently astounded a homeless tenant in need by waiving her more than $700 in overdue rental fees, which allowed her to reclaim her belongings. Wake County school-bus driver Latoya ONeal is a mother of six who was in danger of losing her stored goods at auction because she couldnt afford to pay rent on her self-storage unit. The facility operator forgave the debt, and ONeal is moving her family and stuff into a new home.

"It's a blessing. It was a huge surprise, ONeal told the source. I haven't told my kids. They're going to be so surprised when they come home and see that we have all of our stuff back."

Self Storage Solutions also delighted ONeal by providing a Christmas tree and moving assistance. The company worked with the Garner Optimist Club, a local nonprofit volunteer group, to donate the tree, and coordinated with All American Relocation to provide a moving truck and movers, according to the source.

Self Storage Solutions also operates AAA Mini Storage in Durham, N.C.
