Premier Self Storage of Waddington, N.Y., is co-sponsoring a musical performance that will be a part of the Waddington Concert Series this summer. Open to the public for free, the Friday evening concerts are held at the Island View Park Pavilion, which overlooks the St. Lawrence River.

The storage operator and an adjacent business, Seaway Trail Auto Sales and Car Wash, are supporting Double Axel, a rock band that has been a part of the New York music scene since 1971, according to the source. The group will perform on Aug. 17, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

This year’s series will include nine shows between June 29 and Aug. 31. Additional musical artists slated to perform are Beartracks, Double Trouble, Fritz's Polka Band, Li’l Anne & Hot Cayenne, Non-Committals, Northbound, Six Foot Midget and The Brigadoons. The concert series is funded through individual donations and company sponsorships, according to its website.

Premier Self Storage at 50 Lincoln Ave. features two self-storage buildings containing drive-up units.
