Proceeds From Virtual Self-Storage Conference to Benefit North Carolina Hurricane Victims

The 2024 Virtual Self-Storage Conference on Wednesday will donate all proceeds to supporting victims of Hurricane Helene in North Carolina. The one-day event is sponsored by LiveSwitch, Radius+ and Rotate Digital. The summit can be accessed via a computer or mobile device, according to the event website.

The conference, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST, will include presentations from industry professionals on a variety of topics such as remote and hybrid self-storage management, how to enhance property value, and integrating industry technology. Attendees will gain practical solutions to current operational challenges, insight to elevate management skills and strategies to unlock new net operating income, the website stated.

Early-bird pricing for individual tickets is $49 and $149 for groups. They can be purchased on the event website.

Founded in 2008 under its original name Frozen Mountain, LiveSwitch was rebranded in 2021. It provides interactive live-video software that enables real-time, face-to-face communication between self-storage operators and their customers.

Radius+ is a data source and analytical tool for self-storage location intelligence. It tracks more than 53,000 locations in Canada and the United States. It’s a division of Union Realtime, which offers a suite of location-intelligence tools for self-storage and other real estate sectors.
