Vantiva Wins ‘Facilities Management Innovation of the Year’ Award for Self-Storage Management Software

Vantiva, a global provider of connectivity technology for self-storage and other industries, won a “Facilities Management Innovation of the Year” award from market-intelligence organization PropTech Breakthrough for its management software, Vantiva Smart Storage Version 1. As part of the company’s Smart Spaces solution suite, the product offers unified Internet of Things (IoT) management tailored specifically for self-storage facilities, according to a press release.

Launched in May, the Saas (software-as-a-service) solution includes customer-needs assessment, dashboard customization and system-user training. It integrates IoT subsystems into a single platform that allows for real-time monitoring and control of diverse products and operational subsystems including HVAC, access control, security cameras and environmental sensors, the release stated.

Now in its fourth year, the PropTech awards program provides a forum for public recognition around the achievements of technology companies and solutions in categories including messaging and communication, project management, virtual events and offices, team collaboration, and more.
