Pink Storage Named ‘Best Self-Storage' in Bridgend, Wales by Quality Business Awards

Pink Storage, which operates 19 self-storage facilities throughout the United Kingdom, was named the “Best Self Storage” in Bridgend, Wales, for 2024 by the Quality Business Awards (QBA), which recognizes top companies across a variety of industries in the U.K. It highlights businesses that have demonstrated an unwavering dedication to quality, customer satisfaction and innovation, according to a press release.

Companies that have been recognized by the QBA represent less than 1% of registered businesses in the U.K. The organization uses a point-scoring system that measures a company’s customer reviews and reputation from more than three different platforms. Winners must achieve a score of 95% or greater. They generally respond to customer questions and concerns with continued regularity, have few complaints, and conduct their day-to-day efforts with the highest integrity. In addition, they give back to their community and aim to reduce their carbon footprint, according to the QBA website.

Pink Storage received consistently high ratings from customers. Its award also reflects its innovative approach to self-storage and its strong presence in Bridgend, the release stated.
