Midcoast Properties President Inducted Into North Carolina Self Storage Association Hall of Fame

Dale C. Eisenman, president and broker-in-charge of Midcoast Properties Inc., a commercial real estate firm focused on self-storage in Alabama, the Carolinas and Georgia, was inducted into the North Carolina Self Storage Association (NCSSA) Hall of Fame. The honor recognizes his commitment to the industry and longstanding dedication to excellence, innovation and leadership, according to a press release.

Eisenman has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and now specializes in self-storage as a broker and investor. Early in his career, he was a professional pilot. He also practiced law and owned several small businesses. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member, Eisenman leverages his real-world experience, industry knowledge and skilled negotiation to deliver value to his clients, the release stated.

Each year, the NCSSA honors individuals who’ve made exceptional contributions to the self-storage industry in North Carolina. Previous Hall of Fame inductees include pioneers, innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders who continually work to support and advance the business in the state, the release stated.

Based in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, Midcoast has represented self-storage buyers and sellers for more than 20 years.

The NCSSA is comprised of self-storage professionals from all sectors of the business, including owners, managers and vendors as well as people who are interested in getting involved in the industry.
