Marcus & Millichap Awards Brett Hatcher the Highest Title Available for Its Self-Storage Investment Professionals

Real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap (M&M) has promoted Brett Hatcher to executive managing director, the highest title available for its self-storage investment professionals. Hatcher was previously senior managing director of investments. He works from the company’s Columbus, Ohio, office, according to a press release.

Hatcher joined M&M in 2006 and later founded The Hatcher Group, which became The Hatcher Coe Group in 2022 with the addition of Gabriel Coe. During his tenure with the firm, Hatcher has successfully brokered 811 transactions, totaling more than $5.5 billion in real estate, the release stated.

Hatcher has received numerous awards recognizing his success and accomplishments, including the M&M “Sales Recognition Award” every year since 2012. He’s also been honored with the company’s “National Achievement Award” every year since 2015, the “Chairman’s Club Award” five times in his career, and the “Chairman’s Circle of Excellence” in 2021 and 2022.

Founded in 1971 and headquartered in Calabasas, California, M&M offers advisory services, and mortgage and real estate brokerage. Its research division produces reports and videos covering more than a dozen property types.
