Financial Analyst for Self-Storage Firm IREGC Selected for 2024 Leadership Evolution Project

The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC), which specializes in self-storage construction and management and operates the Moove In Self Storage brand, announced that its financial analyst, Heather Perez, has been selected to participate in the Dame Leadership 2024 Leadership Evolution Project. The initiative coaches and develops community leaders and provides them with resources necessary to improve their skills, according to a press release.

“The entire team at IREGC is excited to have Heather participate in the Leadership Evolution Project,” said Tim Bolla, chief investment officer. “We’re looking forward to having Heather bring valuable knowledge and skills back to the company following the project’s completion.”

Perez joined IREGC in March. She has more than 15 years of experience in the financial-services industry. Her current responsibilities include analyzing past and future financial performance, underwriting commercial real estate funding, reviewing market conditions, and identifying relevant risks.

Founded in 1998, York, Pennsylvania-based IREGC builds, acquires and operates more than 80 facilities across New England and the mid-Atlantic under the Moove In Self Storage brand.
