- Secretary: Raheem Amer, Mini Mall Storage
- Immediate past president: Michael Meylor, Neutron Corp.
- Director: Nathan Bennett, Utex Storage Partners
- Director: Brian Cisarik, SurePoint Development
- Director: Katie Cowen, National Storage Affiliates Trust
- Director: Shrenik Shah, Montfort Capital Partners
- Director: Clayton Smith, Osprey Cos.
- Director: Erik Tolpo, Tallwood Storage
- Vendor representative: Dave Knobler, Marcus & Millichap

Established in 1986, the TSSA is dedicated to enhancing the quality of the self-storage industry in Texas. It provides opportunities for members to increase their knowledge of the business through education, research, discussion and exchange of information.
