Mini Storage has invested €12.5 million in a custom-built self-storage facility in Dublin, Ireland. The five-floor, 220,000-square-foot building is the first purpose-built storage site in the country. It is 10 minutes from Dublin Airport, just off the M50, Ireland’s busiest motorway. The drive-through site has 160,000 rentable square feet in 1,900 units, 24-hour security code access, an indoor loading area, coffee dock, children’s play area and customized wine storage.
