Self-storage developer Brad McIntire received approval last week to build Brad’s Self Storage in Muncie, Ind. The Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals unanimously agreed to a zoning variance for the property on Bethel Avenue, southwest of Morrison Road, according to the source.
The first phase of the facility includes four buildings, each measuring 160 to 170 feet long and 30 to 65 feet wide. A second phase will add more structures. The property will be required to have a 45-foot setback from Morrison Road, the source reported.
