In order to get the most rent out of a cell-tower lease, property owners should know what value the telecom company and cell-tower company place on the tower site. The challenge is getting these companies to disclose the amount of revenue they are making from their sub-tenants. Vertical Consultants advises self-storage operators to seek input to determine a sites value to the companies leasing it.
