PhoneSmart Creates Role-Play Helpline, Adds Spanish Call Group

PhoneSmart, which offers sales solutions to the self-storage industry via its training, call center, and secret-shopping and lead-generation services, created a new sales-training technique: the role-play helpline. Users call the helpline to practice selling in different challenging scenarios with PhoneSmart sales reps.

To meet the growing needs of Spanish-speaking self-storage users, PhoneSmart also added a Spanish call-group option for its call-center clients.
