Agents of Marcus & Millichap sold Highway 79 Super Storage in Temecula, Calif., for $7 million, a reported 93 percent of the asking price. Nick Walker and Michelle Watson of the company’s National Self Storage Group and Jake Steele and Andy Glinski of its Special Assets Group represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.


 
The 89,343-square-foot facility sits on approximately 3.5 acres and consists of 700 storage units. It was developed in 2006 and is 71 percent physically occupied. The includes amenities such as individual unit alarms, security cameras, drive-up access, an electronically controlled entry system and others.
