CB Richard Ellis Hosts Property Tour at Inside Self-Storage Las Vegas Expo

Investors interested in viewing self-storage properties available in the Las Vegas market can participate in a free tour sponsored by CB Richard Ellis during the Inside Self-Storage Las Vegas Expo, Feb. 5-8, at The Venetian Hotel Resort Casino and Sands Expo & Convention Center. From 9:45 to 11:45 a.m. on Feb. 8, CBRE will guide existing and potential storage investors and owners through one of the countrys strongest real estate markets. In addition to seeing properties throughout the metropolitan area, participants will hear insights on development techniques and site selection from local developers.

Slots for the property tour fill up fast, so early registration is recommended. The tour bus will pick up attendees at Ground Transportation (not taxi drop-off) on the first floor of the Sands Expo Center. To sign up, contact Richard Howard at 702.369.4892 or [email protected].

The event is restricted to attendees acting as principals in self-storage investing. Brokers can make arrangements through Howard to tour the properties at an alternate time.

Howard, along with CBRE associates Nate Hunterton and Ryan Howse, are part of the companys Self Storage Advisory Group, which represents self-storage owners and sellers in the western United States. For more information or a free property evaluation, visit www.cbre.com/ssag-lasvegas.
