The Inside Self-Storage Expo in Nashville, Tenn., will include an in-depth seminar on the contract used during site acquisition, intended for new and existing self-storage owners and developers. On Oct. 9, 2008, Scott Frank of Arnstein & Lehr LLP will provide a comprehensive overview of important issues that should be addressed in the purchase and sale agreement when buying, converting or building a self-storage facility. 
 
Frank is a partner in the Arnstein & Lehr real estate practice group in West Palm Beach, Fla. He has represented building owners in all aspects of development and leasing including closing, financing, permitting and construction contracts. He also has extensive experience in real estate law, representing clients with respect to acquisitions and dispositions, development, financing, land use and condominium law.
