Devon Self Storage Holdings (US) LLC, a self-storage operator with more than 20 facilities in 11 states, has promoted Angus Goldie-Morrison from senior vice president of operations to executive vice president of operations. He was also named a director by the board of directors. Goldie-Morrison will continue to have day-to-day operational responsibility for all of Devons facilities as well as additional responsibilities regarding long-term strategic planning.
Goldie-Morrison joined Devon 10 years ago after spending five years as senior vice president and Midwest division manager at Public Storage Inc., where he was responsible for 325 stores and 15 million square feet of self-storage. Prior to working at Public Storage, he was director of truck-rental operations for Budget Rent-A-Car in the Los Angeles area, where he was responsible for more than $20 million in annual revenue.
Goldie-Morrison graduated from Wellington College in Berkshire, United Kingdom, in 1981.
