StoreRight Self Storage Expands Footprint in Florida

StoreRight Self Storage is expanding its footprint in Florida through an acquisition and new development. The company recently acquired Oslo Road Storage at 1755 Oslo Road in Vero Beach, Fla. Expansion plans are underway for the property, with completion expected later this year, according to a press release.

The operator also has a new site under development in Sebastian, Fla. Slated to open in early 2018, the property is on a visible commuter route, the release stated.

Based in Lakeland, Fla., StoreRight operates 13 facilities in the state. The properties comprise 800,000 square feet of storage space in 7,000 units as well as outdoor vehicle-parking spaces.
