Storage Compass Provides Custom Video/Commercial Creation for Self-Storage Operators

Storage Compass, a digital-marketing agency specializing in self-storage, is set to launch a video program on Jan. 13 that will produce customized self-storage commercials for facility operators. Different from some template-based programs, the Storage Compass video program will include choice of spokesperson, custom voiceovers and selling points specific to a property, according to a press release.

"Most large marketing agencies use the same tactics for each customer. We will produce self-storage videos and marketing from the prospective of a self-storage owner based on [his] location, not general cookie-cutter marketing strategies,” said Gaetano Javarone, marketing director. “Self-storage clients will have the benefit of complete customization of the marketing process and retain ownership of any marketing asset produced without the hang up of ongoing fees for hosting."

Services include custom design, video animation, marketing and advertising via Facebook. Videos will cost between $99.95 and $399.95 depending on the level of customization, according to the company website.

Founded last year, Storage Compass is manned by principals with more than 10 years of self-storage business experience, the release stated. The company offers re-targeting, video marketing, search engine optimization, social media advertising, and Web design and development.
