dualguard-self-storage-roof-s-5***Designed to preserve the look of the roof, DualGuard can be painted, powder-coated or anodized to match nearly any metal-roofing system.

Mounted with S-5! mini clamps, the system comes with two sizes of snow clips for every roof type and can fit any seam profile. DualGuard has been tested and can be engineered for the specific roof and environment, the release stated.

The company website offers a calculator tool to help customers design a system and estimate costs for their site or project.

Based in Colorado Springs, Colo., S-5! offers the following snow-retention systems: ColorGard, DualGuard, SnoFence, SnoRail, VersaGard, X-Gard 1.0 and X-Gard 2.0. Its zero-penetration clamps attach ancillary items to standing-seam metal roofs without violating the integrity of the roof or its warranties, the release stated. The patented clamps can mount banners and signs, light fixtures, snow-retention and wind-performance systems, solar arrays, stack/flue bracing, and more.
