Lighthouse Storage Opens New Facility in Evansville, IN

Update 5/12/17 – Lighthouse Storage has opened its new property at 4405 N. Green River Road in Evansville, Ind. The company hosted a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the occasion, according to a press release. The final project totals 53,360 square feet of storage space.

“We are committed to improving the way self-storage is delivered. With our focus on security and convenience, the result is going to be outstanding for our customers,” said David Bosma, regional storage manager. “Our mission is to provide customers with next-generation storage and exceptional customer service while maintaining our competitively priced model.”

The company’s original site is at 8365 at Dauby Lane in Tell City, with the office at 1440 10th St.

8/29/16 Lighthouse Storage has begun construction on a new self-storage facility on North Green River Road in Evansville, Ind. The property will comprise more than 50,000 square feet of storage space in 388 climate-controlled and drive-up units. It will feature a two-story office that faces the main road. The site is near single- and multi-family residences just north of Eastland Mall. Construction is expected to be complete in early 2017.

Lighthouse Storage will have a number of technology solutions for customers, including a kiosk, and online reservation and billpay, according to a company press release. Security features will include controlled access and perimeter fencing, lighting, and video cameras.

Founded in 2012, Lighthouse Storage also operates a property in Tell City, Ind. The site was recently expanded and has doubled in size.
