Access Storage Now to Develop Unmanned Self-Storage Facility in Ireland, IN

Access Storage Now, which operates nine self-storage facilities in Indiana, is developing its 10th project just west of Ireland, Ind. The site is on Indiana State Road 56, across from Hutson Inc., a John Deere dealership.

Once complete, the facility will offer drive-up and climate-controlled units as well as vehicle storage. The property will operate via a 24-hour self-service kiosk, enabling tenants to rent units, sign their lease, and purchase locks and tenant insurance without the assistance of a manager. The business will also use a call center and offer online account-management services.

Based in Ferdinand, Ind., and founded 25 years ago, Access Storage Now is locally owned and operated.
