The William Warren Group (WWG), a privately held real estate company that operates the StorQuest Self Storage brand, has opened a new facility in Queen Creek, Ariz. The property at 5260 W. Hunt Highway is near San Tan Mountain Regional Park, a desert area with more than 10,000 acres of biking and hiking trails.

Property features include 24-hour access, climate control, perimeter fencing and video cameras. The facility also offers parking for boats and RVs. Customer amenities include online billpay and reservations.

WWG recently purchased Foothills Self Storage in Tucson, Ariz., for $7.5 million. The acquisition also included the long-term lease of a billboard.

Founded in 1994 and based in Santa Monica, Calif., WWG acquires, develops and operates more than 100 self-storage facilities in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, South Carolina and Texas.
