Westy Self Storage of Upper Saddle River, NJ, Supports Meaningful Movement Inc.

Westy Self Storage of Upper Saddle River, N.J., donated two months of free storage to Meaningful Movement Inc., a nonprofit serving adults and children who are differently abled. The storage was used to house items for the group’s annual Beefsteak Dinner fundraiser. Westy also donated free use of its moving truck, equipped with a driver.

Now in its 27th year of service, Meaningful Movement offers developmental dance classes and social programs for differently abled people.

The March 30 event, held at The Brownstone in Paterson, N.J., included entertainment provided by the Meaningful Movements Dance Co. as well as food, raffles, door prizes and more. Tickets were $50 per person, with all proceeds benefiting the dancers and students who attend the organization’s programs.

Founded in 1990, Westy Self Storage is headquartered in Stamford, Conn. It operates four facilities in Connecticut, four in New Jersey and seven in New York.
