William Warren Group/StorQuest Self Storage Buys Foothills Self Storage in Tucson, AZ

The William Warren Group (WWG), a privately held real estate company that operates the StorQuest Self Storage brand, has purchased Foothills Self Storage in Tucson, Ariz., for $7.5 million, or $120 per square foot. It will be rebranded under the StorQuest name.

Built in 1996, the property at 4555 N. 1st Ave. comprises 62,770 square feet of storage space in 636 units. The acquisition also included the long-term lease of a billboard, according to a press release from Rein & Grossoehme, the real estate firm that brokered the transaction.

Broker Bill Alter of Rein & Grossoehme represented the seller, a Tucson-based group of developers and investors.

Founded in 1993, Rein & Grossoehme specializes in the sale of investment properties and industrial, office and retail leasing.

Founded in 1994 and based in Santa Monica, Calif., WWG acquires, develops and operates more than 100 self-storage facilities in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, South Carolina and Texas.
