Full Basement Self Storage Celebrates Grand Re-Opening in Jackson, GA

Full Basement Self Storage hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 14 to celebrate the grand re-opening of a facility it purchased in Jackson, Ga. Owner Daryl Dunnahoo acquired the former Jackson Mini Storage property at 674 Alabama Blvd. and made substantial upgrades, including new roofs, unit doors and video cameras, according to the source. Dunnahoo also installed a new access-control system that enables tenants to enter the property via their smartphone.

The facility is set up similarly to Full Basement’s other property in Dahlonega, Ga. It doesn’t include onsite staff, so rentals are made by phone or through the company’s website, the source reported. Amenities include 24-hour access and online billpay.

“It’s done well in Dahlonega and I’m confident it’ll do well here,” Dunnahoo told the source.

The ribbon-cutting event included members of the Butts County Chamber of Commerce.

Dunnahoo is an Eagle Scout and electrical engineer who designs substations for electric-membership corporations.
