Mobile-Storage Operator Gobox Expands With Facility in Dandenong, Australia

Mobile-storage provider Gobox has opened a new warehouse in Dandenong, a suburb of Melbourne, in Victoria, Australia. The property at 31B Princes Highway, which took six months to build, accommodates 400 storage containers.

“With Gobox continuing to grow at such rapid rate, establishing the new warehouse at our Dandenong site was a natural yet necessary progression of the business,” said Renee Wainwright, sales manager.

Built of steel and concrete, the warehouse includes a wash bay with a canopy and silt-pit filter that allows the units to be cleaned using recycled water stored in onsite tanks. Additional features include sensors and security cameras as well as a dedicated customer-viewing and -inspection point.

“The new Gobox warehouse is great for our customers. When they come down to visit us, they are super impressed with the modern design and how well looked after and protected their items are,” Wainwright said. “The warehouse's modern and professional design was purpose-built and specifically tailored to be as functional as possible. I think it gives us a real edge on the competition and makes us stand out.”

Gobox offers mobile-storage services in Adelaide and Melbourne, Australia.
