Storagebase Self-Storage Opens in Frome, Somerset, England

Storagebase Self Storage is opening a five-story facility on Nov. 28 in Frome, Somerset, England. The 75,000-square-foot building will be the company’s first in the city and fourth in the United Kingdom. It will also serve as the Storagebase head office, according to the source.

The property at 1 Cornbrash in Commerce Park will include more than 1,000 storage units in 40 different sizes. Open daily, the property will offer complimentary beverages, a meeting room and Wi-Fi. Moving vans will be available for rent.

Tenants who reserve a unit before the facility opens will receive two months of free storage, according to the company’s website.

“We’re very much a family-friendly business, and we’re looking forward to showing people [around] our newest store,” said Naomi Oliver, property manager.

Storagebase is the operating brand of Spensa Holdings Ltd. Founded in 2002, the privately owned company operates facilities in Banbury, Cranleigh, Frome and Wednesbury, England.
