The acquisitions include Boca Storage in Boca Raton, Fla., and Deerfield Beach Storage in Deerfield Beach, Fla.

Broward County, Fla., records indicate that Lewis Rental Properties acquired the Deerfield Beach facility at 950 S. Powerline Road from Jeanette Austin and Timothy Lewis for $7.75 million, according to “The Real Deal,” a South Florida real estate website. Lewis is owner of Lewis Rental Properties. The storage facility was built on 4 acres and comprises 62,104 square feet.

Boca Storage at 3600 N.W. Boca Raton Blvd. was purchased for $13.85 million. The listed sellers of that property were Jeanette Lewis and Timothy Lewis, according to the “Daily Business Review.” The self-storage facility was built in 1977 on 10 acres and comprises 155,940 square feet.

Lewis Rental Properties also acquired an industrial office building at 1000-1050 N.W. First Ave. and an industrial office warehouse at 2920 N.W. Second Ave. in Boca Raton, according to a source.

Based in Boca Raton, the company has provided self-storage and light-industrial warehouse space in South Florida since 1970, according to its website.
