Dinos Begins $3M Expansion of Papillion, NE, Self-Storage Facility

Dino’s Storage, a self-storage operator based in Omaha, Neb., is investing $3 million to expand its facility at 921 Cedardale Road in Papillion, Neb. The project will add about 500 units and 100,000 square feet to the location, while eliminating approximately 12,000 square feet of older storage space, according to the source.

When the project is complete, the location will comprise about 135,000 square feet in 700 access-controlled units. The four-story structure will feature multiple elevators and loading points, security upgrades, and a large business office. In addition, the building’s façade has been designed to blend with the surrounding community, owner Dave Paladino told the source. Dino’s expects to complete the expansion in May 2016.

Founded in 1998 by Paladino, Dino’s operates 13 self-storage locations in Canada, Iowa and Nebraska.
