Red Nova Labs Launches storEDGE Digital Rental Center for Self-Storage Operators

Red Nova Labs Inc., a provider of marketing, mobile and Web technology to the self-storage industry, has introduced a digital rental center as part of its storEDGE platform of integrated self-storage products. The storEDGE Rental Center enables operators to provide 24-hour rental services and capture leads, according to a press release.

The browser-based, cloud-hosted solution is an add-on to the storEDGE Management Suite. It allows self-storage customers to view and rent available units, manage account settings, schedule move-outs, and enter legally binding rental agreements, according to the release.

“The storEDGE Rental Center is a natural extension of our platform, which combines the marketing and management functions necessary to operate storage facilities through a single solution from a single vendor,” said Dirk Wakeham, CEO. “Customers can use their computer, smart phone, or tablet to secure their rental, which is a feature increasingly in demand for millennials.”

The storEDGE management suite contains tools designed to help self-storage operators boost rentals, track leads, manage their operation and maximize return on investment, company officials said. The suite encompasses Red Nova’s platform of integrated self-storage products, including StorageFront, StorageHounds, WebReady and WebWorks.
