The single-vehicle crash happened about 5:30 a.m. at 7188 U.S. Highway 93 S. The driver suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries, the source reported. No one else was injured.

The 27-year-old, who was the alone in the car, crashed into a utility pole, then through the storage facility’s fence and into the units, the source reported. Facility manager Martin Tetachuk called the incident “bad luck” for his tenants.

"It's unfortunate for the people who are renting these units. We've got to find other units for them, and then clean up,” he said.
