Construction to Begin This Spring on Vintage Self Storage in Houston

Construction will begin this spring on Vintage Self Storage in Houston’s Vintage Park, a multi-use complex featuring shops, a spa, casual and fine dining, and more. The facility is being developed by Robert Wheless, a real estate development consultant for Wheless Properties Inc., a family-owned real estate brokerage firm.

Located on the northwest corner of Chasewood Park Drive and Vintage Preserve Parkway, the property will encompass 106,200 square feet of storage space in four climate-controlled buildings, according to the source. It’ll feature computerized gate access, perimeter fencing, security alarms and video cameras. The hallways will be illuminated with motion-sensing lights.

Several new shops and restaurants have recently opened in Vintage Park, which is along Louetta Road and Texas State Highway 249. They include a sports bar and grill, children's boutique, fitness center and hair salon.

Wheless Properties has been serving the greater Houston area for more than 30 years. The company has handled more than $2 billion in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
