The property at 15402 Kollmeyer Drive encompasses 82,205 net rentable square feet of storage space on 8.2 acres of land. The ground-level facility features 538 units as well as outdoor parking. Amenities include individual door alarms, computerized gate access, and the sale of moving and packing supplies.

Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson and John Owens of Bellomy & Co. represented the buyer in the transaction. Bellomy & Co. is a real estate firm specializing in the self-storage industry. The company has offices in Austin, Houston and Lubbock, Texas.
