Arroway Self Storage in Rockford, Mich., was recently sold by former owners Ty and Donna Reminga to Roman Puchala, a Rockford resident and businessperson. The Remingas hoped the storage business would continue as a family-run operation, and they believe Puchala will help fulfill that goal, they told the source.

The Remingas founded Arroway Self Storage in 1987. The property at 4121 14 Mile Road grew from a single building to 11 structures with more than 43,000 square feet of storage space.

The Remingas, who oversaw the facility’s day-to-day operation, plan to focus on other business interests, Ty Reminga told the source. The couple also thanked their customers and friends for their support.
