Stor-All Systems Inc., which operates self-storage facilities under the Stor-All Storage name, has hired Celeste Wheeler as its new director of property services. She will oversee repairs and maintenance at the company’s 44 properties nationwide.
Wheeler has more than 15 years of experience in property management as well as daily operation and accounting for commercial real estate. Most recently, she was vice president of property management for a South Florida commercial real estate developer and management company, overseeing accounting, property management and day-to-day operation for 20-plus industrial and office buildings in Broward County. She has also worked in Indiana and the Washington, D.C.-Baltimore market.
“Property services is one of the most important areas of our business. Keeping our facilities well-maintained and clean allows us to give our customers the high standards we take pride in,” said John Anderson, Stor-All’s director of operations. “We are excited to have someone in place with such a vast background in property management. We are confident she will be a great asset to the company.”
Founded in 1967, Stor-All Storage operates facilities in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia from its headquarters in Deerfield Beach, Fla. The company also provides real estate brokerage, asset selection, underwriting, construction, development, property management and investor-relations services to its individual investment partnerships.
