Portable self-storage operator Mobile Mini Inc. has appointed Lynn Courville to senior vice president of human resources. Courville will manage the company's efforts to attract, retain and develop employees. She will also oversee recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits programs, diversity, and employee relations.

Courville joined Mobile Mini in 2012 as vice president of human resources. She previously led HR teams at portable-storage companies National Construction Rentals, Mobile Storage Group and Rental Service Corp. She received her Master of Business Administration degree from Western International University and is certified as a senior professional in HR.

"Lynns proven organizational and human resources leadership skills, coupled with her extensive background in the storage and equipment rental industries, align very well with our needs as we add resources and strengthen the team to take advantage of the potential we see in growing our business," said Erik Olsson, president and CEO. "Our ability to attract and develop the very best people is a key differentiator in the marketplace, and Lynn is the right person to lead this effort."
