Self-storage operator Stor-All Storage acquired Park Meadows Self Storage, an 81,000-square-foot facility in Lone Tree, Colo. The 4.2-acre property at 8812 E. Park Meadows Drive is southwest of downtown Denver. The facility has 761 climate-controlled and drive-up units in seven one- and two-story buildings. It will be rebranded Stor-All Storage and undergo property improvements including an office remodel.

This acquisition—the company’s fourth in the Denver market—brings its total number of facilities to 45. Stor-All first attempted to purchase the property in 1996 when it was still vacant land.

“Lone Tree is a beautiful and vibrant city, and Stor-All looks forward to being a responsible corporate citizen and meeting the storage needs of the community,” said Managing Partner Jeff Anderson. “Our first order of business will be to introduce ourselves to our current storage customers, then begin rebranding the property and bringing it up to Stor-All’s standards with a new rental office and other improvements.”

Founded in 1967, Stor-All operates facilities in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia. Headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Fla., the company provides asset selection, construction, development, investor-relations services, property management, real estate brokerage and underwriting to its individual investment partnerships.
