Xtraspace SelfStorage recently opened a new facility in Bellville, a former city in the Western Cape Province of South Africa, now part of the greater Cape Town metropolitan area. The company's 15th facility is on Voortrekker Road and is the first multi-functional storage conversion in the greater Cape Town area, according to a press release.

Xtraspace Bellville offers storage for personal and business users, including options for document and media storage and secure space for more than 100 stored vehicles. The orange and grey building has more than 300 units ranging in size from 3 to 30 square meters. It includes a 300-square-meter business center and flexi-office facility aimed at owners of small to mid-size businesses. The company also has an in-house courier service, Parceljet, whose main hub is located at the XtraSpace Airport Industria branch.

"With a diverse range of business activity in the area, we created something different, better and special with Bellville XtraSpace," said facility manager Kailey Deal. Were excited to make the lives of local residents and business owners a little easier through our convenient offering.

XtraSpace SelfStorage has signed a sponsorship deal with the local Bellville Cricket Club, which recently scored a first-place win at the Ama 20/20 1A finals in Newlands, an upmarket suburb of Cape Town.

XtraSpace opened its first facility in 2007. It is one of the largest self-storage operators in South Africa, with more than 90,000 square meters of storage space. The company continues to grow its portfolio.
