Storage West Self Storage Receives Plaque for Donation to Redlands, CA, Anniversary Fund

Storage West Self Storage in Redlands, Calif., received a commemorative plaque and a banner after it donated $1,000 to the citys 125th anniversary fund. The plaque was presented to managers Brina and Mike Limon last week by Mayor Pro Tem Paul Foster and Richard Pennington of Pennington Design, which designs and sells branded promotional products.

The Limons have managed the Redlands facility since 2011. Previously, they operated a Storage West facility in the Fontana/Rancho Cucamonga area.

Storage West is one of many local businesses and community organizations that have contributed to the citys anniversary fund. Other contributors include the Kiwanis Club of Redlands, The Flamingo and Kaiser Permanente. The celebration began last December with a Christmas parade. Last weekend, Beach Boys tribute band Surfin Safari gave a concert at the Redlands Bowl, which was sponsored by the YMCA of the East Valley.

Storage West Self Storage is the operating brand for LAACO Ltd., a California limited partnership that acquires, develops and builds self-storage facilities. The company owns 46 facilities in Arizona, California, Nevada and Texas.
