Self-storage real estate investment trust Extra Space Storage Inc. has implemented Centershift Inc.'s Storage Enterprise rental-management software at all of its 900-plus facilities. After significant analysis, the self-storage operator decided to use Centershift's technology as the foundation of its newly developed, cloud-based, proprietary property-management and sales system.

The company's client base includes two self-storage REITs as well as many large ownership and management organizations. Its Store Enterpise and Advantage applications were designed for integration with websites, call centers, corporate offices and other business systems.
