Sentry Self Storage LC acquired Red Self Storage, 3300 N.E. 2nd Ave. in Miami. The facility will be rebranded Sentry Self Storage.
The 45,000-square-foot facility has 670 units on nearly an acre of land in the Miami-Dade submarket in one of the major redevelopment areas in Dade County.
Based in Coral Spring, Fla., Sentry Self Storage LLC provides management and consulting services to the self-storage industry. The company has more than 40 properties under management in several states.
