A body was found Saturday inside a burning car parked at a self-storage facility in Rochester, N.H.
Police responded to a fire at Rochester Self Storage about 3:30 p.m. Once the fire was contained, a body was discovered inside the car. Police identified the person as Carl Hills, 39. The death remains under investigation.
