Hide-Away Storage, a self-storage operator with 10 locations in Florida, is offering a free unit to SOLVE Maternity Homes in Manatee County, Fla., to store items for an upcoming fundraiser.
SOLVE, which offers housing, education and childbirth and parenting classes for pregnant women and teens, will host a rummage sale July 10 at Ss. Peter and Paul The Apostles Catholic Church in Bradenton, Fla. All proceeds from the sale will benefit the maternity home.
“We are happy to support a great organization like SOLVE,” said Steve Wilson, managing partner of Hide-Away Storage. The company often provides free storage to non-profit 501(c)3 organizations for short-term needs like fundraisers seasonal events.
SOLVE Maternity Homes has been helping women and their families with unplanned pregnancies since 1976. The organization operates two maternity homes in Bradenton, and one in Englewood, Fla.
Headquartered in Sarasota, Hide-Away has approximately one million square feet of storage space. In addition to self-storage facilities, Hide-Away also operates two mobile-storage warehouses on the southwest coast of Florida.
