A private investor recently purchased Indio Security Self Storage in Indio, Calif., for $3 million. The 93,000-square-foot facility on approximately 6 acres includes 1,125 units in 19 buildings.
The buyer was represented by Michael Mele, vice president of investments, and Roberto Munoz, investment specialist, both with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc.
The facility is located at 45800 Flower St.
